Is Chapati and Aloo curry a balanced diet ??

Chapati and potato both are comes from carbohydrates family but they are not similar carbohydrates .Potato has a refined or simple  carbohydrates where the fibers are not present but Chapati has a complex carbohydrates where the high fibers are present because it made from whole grains which is good for health and digestion.

Potato is also a  recommended for the people who want to increase the weight but this is not good for all people .People are suffer from diabetes  and heart problem potato is not an good option Because it has a large amount of starch and increase the glycogen level ,While chapati are good to go because it helps for maintain the weight and good for people with diabetes and heart disease and it has more fiber which helps to maintain the glycogen level.

Eating combination of both chapati and aloo curry are not a good balanced diet because both have a  high calories (177 cal),high carbohydrates and  less protien content which  will lead to weight gain only and increase the risk of various diseases , Potato and chapati have a high amount of energy which will easily  convert  the fat in a body and not build a muscle because it has  less protien content. Combination of protein and carbohydrates are a good balanced diet because it helps to build muscles along with weight gain ,good for health and helps in fat loss as well
