Regular Exercise and Healthy diet are two most important thing in our daily lifestyle .Most of the people and their daily lifestyle are not good because consumption of unhealthy diet and lack of exercise .These is the main reason of health issues and most of the people are suffering from health issue at very young age .One of the most important health issue where most of the people suffer from is muscle weakness .Muscle weakness happens when your muscle will be reduced and your effort's  doesn't produced muscle contractions.  People Who are in old age  they are mostly  suffer from muscle weakness .

Regular workout and Consumption of healthy foods helps to increase the muscle strength and muscle density but if you  don't exercise regularly and increase the calories from food  so it will lead to muscle weakness because it increases the body fat consumption by convert energy  into fat and reduce the muscles .
To build muscle and increase muscle strength you need to have high amounts of Micro nutrients like protien ,Carbohydrates and fats in our regular diet . Protien for build muscle building ,carbohydrates and fats helps to get the fuel and helps to lift the weights .  
 
 
Food ,Regular exercise and 8 hours of  adequate sleep is necessary for muscle strength because muscle are grow when you take a good amount of Diet ,rest and sleep .
Healthy foods helps to maintain your muscles and  free from various health diseases which leads to muscle strong  .So Regular exercise and Healthy diet doesn't make your muscles weak,Muscle weakness is totally depend on your lifestyle and your diet .Consumption of Protein diet will be taken according to your height and weight .

  •  Lots of Fruits like Banana because banana has a lots of potassium which helps to increase the Muscle Strength
  • Yogurt :- Yogurt is made from milk and milk has a lots of calcium and protien which helps your to increase the muscles and strength .
  • Chicken Breast :- Chicken breast have high amount of quality of protien and increase the muscles and strength .In 100 gm of chicken breast you will get 24 g of protien which is compared to 1 scoop of whey protien.
  • Eggs :-Eggs  have a high amount of essential amino acids which helps to build muscles .
  • Lentils :-Lentils have also a high of protien and increase the muscles strength .
  • Salmon :- Salmon is also a great choice for muscle building .
  • Quinoa :- Quinoa have high amount of carbohydrates and magnesium .Magnesium plays an important role for Muscle strength.
  • Buckwheat:- Buckwheat have mix amount of protien ,carbohydrates and magnesium which will helps to increase muscle strength.

Healthy Diet with regular exercise are more crucial in our life don't skip it and do regualry .It helps to burn the calories and free from various diseases and prevent from muscle weakness
