Carbohydrates are the main source of energy which is found in sugars ,starch ,fruits ,vegetables and whole grains ,pasta ,cookies ,milk products as well
.Nowadays most people are dependent on carbohydrates because it has a glucose which boost energy to  do  physical activity.
 
Foods High in carbohydrate are an important part of our healthy diet.

 


Carbohydrates are mainly found in healthy and unhealthy foods like white bread , pasta ,rice ,oats ,potatoes ,noodles,burger,soft drinks,sugar.
 
Healthy carbohydrates are also called as a complex carbohydrates which is minimal processed from whole grains or whole wheat .



Here various types  of complex carbohydrates-

Dalia (Broken Wheat)

These Complex carbohydrates promote a good health because it has good amount of fiber so it is not spike a glycogen level and delivering  minerals and vitamins .

Unhealthy carbohydrates are also called as simple carbohydrates  which is highly  processed from refined foods like refined wheat flour(maida),white rice ,white bread ,potatoes,and refined sugar.

Simple carbohydrates foods contain easily digestible and  gain weight which promotes many health problems like daibieties ,blood pressure ,cholesterol or heart disease as well because it doesn't contain fiber so it spikes the blood level fastly.
